Welcome to Adamyans LLC! We’re the Adamyan family, and we’re stoked to share Armenia’s soul with you through our tours. Before you book your adventure, please take a sec to read these Terms and Conditions. They’re here to make sure we’re all on the same page so your trip is smooth and stress-free. By booking with us, you’re agreeing to these terms, so let’s dive in!

1. Booking and Payment

To secure your spot on one of our tours (like Mountains and Monasteries or Yerevan’s Cool Side), you’ll need to pay a 20% deposit at booking. The rest is due 30 days before your tour starts.
Prices are in USD, per person, based on double occupancy in our small groups (6–10 people). Solo travelers or private tours? We’ll send you a custom quote.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods we’ll confirm. Late payments might mean losing your spot (we’ll try to work with you, though!).
All prices include what’s listed in the tour details (accommodation, meals, transport, etc.). Extras like personal shopping, tips, or optional activities aren’t covered.
2. Tour Participation

Our tours are crafted for folks aged 30–65 who love slow travel and culture, but anyone 18+ is welcome unless stated otherwise. Kids under 18? Let’s chat to see if it’s a fit.
Some tours involve hiking (like 2–3 hours on easy to medium trails) or hands-on activities. Check the “Important Information” section for each tour to make sure you’re up for it.
You’re responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visas if needed). Armenia’s visa rules are chill for many countries, but double-check with us or your embassy.
We expect you to respect local customs (like modest dress in monasteries) and follow your guide’s instructions to keep things safe and fun for everyone.
3. Changes by You

Wanna switch tour dates or add a friend? Let us know at least 45 days before your trip, and we’ll do our best to make it work (subject to availability). A small admin fee ($50) might apply.
If you need to transfer your booking to someone else, tell us 30 days in advance, and we’ll sort it out (no promises, but we’ll try!).
4. Changes by Us

We plan everything with care, but sometimes weather, local events, or other surprises (like a sudden road closure) mean we gotta tweak the itinerary. We’ll keep the vibe and quality the same, promise.
If we need to cancel a tour (super rare!), we’ll notify you ASAP and offer a full refund or a spot on another tour. Your choice!
5. Health and Safety

You’re responsible for ensuring you’re fit for the tour’s activities (hiking, wine tasting, etc.). Let us know about any medical conditions or mobility issues so we can plan accordingly.
Travel insurance is a must — covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. We’ll ask for proof before the tour starts.
We follow local safety guidelines (like transport safety or monastery rules) to keep everyone safe. Listen to your guide, especially in remote areas.
6. Liability

We’re not responsible for things outside our control, like natural disasters, flight delays, or personal injuries from not following safety instructions.
Your personal belongings are your responsibility. Keep an eye on your stuff, especially in markets or busy spots like Yerevan.
We’ll do our best to make your trip amazing, but we’re not liable for personal dissatisfaction if, say, the weather’s moody or a local event gets canceled.
7. Complaints

If something’s off during your tour, let your guide know right away so we can fix it. If you’re still not happy, email us at [email protected] within 14 days after your tour, and we’ll look into it.
We’re a family business, so we take your feedback to heart and will work to make things right.
8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA, where Adamyans LLC is based. Any disputes will be handled there, but we’d rather sort things out over a glass of Armenian wine!
