Important Information:

You’ll need moderate fitness for hikes (2–3 hours on easy to medium trails, some uneven terrain). Pack sturdy walking shoes, layered clothing (mountain weather can flip from sunny to chilly), and a reusable water bottle. Vegetarians or other dietary needs? Tell us ahead — we’ll hook you up. No Wi-Fi in remote areas, so prep for a digital detox. Bring a small flashlight for evening walks. Respect monastery dress codes (long pants, covered shoulders).

Day 1: Land in Yerevan, check into your cozy guesthouse, and join us for a welcome dinner with the Adamyan family — think homemade Armenian dishes and warm vibes.
Day 2: Drive to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO site carved into cliffs. Explore its chapels and join a guided meditation. Lunch at a village home, then hike to a nearby waterfall (1 hour, easy). Overnight in Dilijan’s lush forests.
Day 3: Head to Tatev via the epic “Wings of Tatev” cable car. Tour the 9th-century monastery, then feast on a sunset dinner in Vorotan Gorge with local music. Stay in a family-run guesthouse in Tatev.
Day 4: Optional morning yoga with mountain views. Hike through Tatev’s forests (2 hours, medium trail). Afternoon visit to a hermit’s cave with ancient carvings. Dinner with live folk tunes.
Day 5: Drive to Noravank Monastery, surrounded by red cliffs. Explore, then join an evening meditation and stargazing session. Overnight in Yeghegnadzor.
