This 6-day journey takes you deep into Armenia’s wild heart. Hike to ancient monasteries like Tatev and Geghard, where history hums in every stone. Meditate in serene settings, join optional yoga sessions, and savor a sunset dinner in a breathtaking gorge. It’s all about epic views, quiet moments, and feeling connected to something timeless.
You’ll roam southern and central Armenia, hitting Vayots Dzor’s dramatic cliffs (home to Tatev) and the lush, green valleys near Geghard. These areas are Armenia’s spiritual backbone, dotted with monasteries from the 4th to 13th centuries. The landscapes are rugged, with soaring peaks and deep gorges, and the vibe is peaceful — ideal for slowing down and soaking it all in.
Accommodation in charming boutique guesthouses, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner with local flavors), private transport in comfy vans, English-speaking guide, entry fees to monasteries, optional yoga sessions, and a memorable dinner hosted by a local family.
Ride the world’s longest cable car to Tatev Monastery, perched on a cliff with insane views.
Meditate in Geghard’s ancient cave chapels, carved straight into the rock.
Savor a sunset dinner in Vorotan Gorge, paired with local wine and starlit vibes.
Optional morning yoga sessions with mountain backdrops that’ll leave you speechless.
Guided hike to a hidden waterfall near Dilijan, perfect for quiet reflection.
You’ll need moderate fitness for hikes (2–3 hours on easy to medium trails, some uneven terrain). Pack sturdy walking shoes, layered clothing (mountain weather can flip from sunny to chilly), and a reusable water bottle. Vegetarians or other dietary needs? Tell us ahead — we’ll hook you up. No Wi-Fi in remote areas, so prep for a digital detox. Bring a small flashlight for evening walks. Respect monastery dress codes (long pants, covered shoulders).
